XAU Elite Contest

To participate, clients must log in to the Client Area, navigate to Promotions > Contests and select the XAU Elite Contest option.

Upon registration, a contest account will be automatically generated.

The contest will commence on 11th May 2026 and will end on 5th June 2026.

Only trading activity within this period will be considered valid for contest evaluation.

The objective of the contest is to achieve the highest percentage gain in the trading account during the competition period.

Participants are required to make a minimum deposit of $100 to qualify for the promotion.

Participants are only allowed to trade Gold (XAUUSD) throughout the promotion period.

To meet the trading requirement, participants must complete a minimum trading volume of 2 standard lots.

Participants are not allowed to make any withdrawal or internal transfer during the promotion period.

Any withdrawal or internal transfer made during the promotion period will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion.

Only closed Gold (XAUUSD) trades will be counted towards the calculation of percentage gain.

All trading positions must remain open for a minimum of three (3) minutes.

Trades closed in less than 3 minutes will be considered invalid and excluded from contest performance calculations.

Open positions at the end of the contest period will not contribute to the final results.

Any attempt to manipulate trading conditions or engage in abusive conduct, as outlined in the Company’s Terms of Business (Clause 7), will result in immediate disqualification.

Prohibited practices include but are not limited to:

Churning (opening and closing Margin FX, CFD transactions solely to obtain benefits).

Using multiple accounts or multiple entries for the contest.

Using two or more identical IP addresses, anonymous HTTP/SOCKS proxy servers, or dynamic IP addresses deemed deceptive.

This promotion is strictly not available to residents or citizens of the following countries and jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, Cuba, India, Iran, Israel, Kenya, North Korea, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United States of America, Vietnam, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Winners will be determined based on the highest percentage gain achieved.

Prize distribution is as follows:

i. 1st Place: $2,000

ii. 2nd Place: $1,500

iii. 3rd Place: $1,200

iv. 4th Place: $900

v. 5th Place: $700

vi. 6th Place: $600

vii. 7th Place: $500

viii. 8th Place: $400

ix. 9th Place: $350

x. 10th Place: $300

xi. 11th Place: $250

xii. 12th and 13th Place: $200

xiii. 14th and 15th Place: $150

The list of winners will be announced on the contest event page within one (1) week after the competition ends.

To claim a prize, winners must have an active, fully verified, and approved Loyal Primus live trading account, in compliance with the Client Agreement.

Prizes will be credited to the winners’ trading account.

If a client appears more than once on the prize leaderboard, the client will only be eligible to receive one reward. The remaining prize will be awarded to the next participant with the highest gain percentage.

Upon submitting a withdrawal request, winners are required to leave a review.

All withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed immediately or within up to three (3) working days.

By entering this Campaign, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Terms of Business and the Client Agreement published on the Company’s website.

Loyal Primus reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its campaigns, offers, or promotions if the client is found to be violating the Client Agreement or has breached the contest’s terms and conditions. In such cases, the Company has the right to deduct any bonus or prize amount from the client’s trading account.

Loyal Primus may at any time make changes to these Terms & Conditions and will notify participants by posting the modified terms on its website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

Loyal Primus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest, campaign, offer, or promotion at its sole discretion at any time.

Loyal Primus will not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages incurred in connection with this contest, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

If these Terms & Conditions are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall prevail in case of inconsistencies.
