Earn cashback on
eligible closed trades.

a. The Cashback promotion is available exclusively to clients who open a Cashback Account, Cashback Wallet and make their first deposit.

a. To be eligible for the cashback, the client must make a minimum deposit of $15.

a. Participants may trade on all available instruments offered on the Loyal Primus platform, including, forex, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

a. Only closed trades will be counted towards the calculation of lot/volume tiers.

b. All trading positions must remain open for a minimum of three (3) minutes.

c. Trades closed in less than 3 minutes will be considered invalid and excluded from cashback payments calculations.

d. Cashback payments are processed every 24 hours, subject to this Agreement.

e. The Cashback amount is determined based on the applicable Cashback Tier achieved according to the client’s traded lot volume.

g. Cashback are credited exclusively to the Cashback Wallet on the Client Area.

h. All cashback amounts shall be credited in USD regardless of the client account currency or set rate.

f. For Loyal Primus Cashback Account, the cashback tiers are as follows:

a. Any attempt to manipulate trading conditions or engage in abusive conduct, as defined in Clause 7 of the Company’s Terms of Business, will result in immediate and appropriate action by the Company.

b. The Company reserves the right to take any necessary and appropriate action in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

c. Breach of one or more of the conditions, constituting “unauthorized activities,” may result in consequences including, but not limited to, the suspension or termination of trades, return of funds up to deposits amount, nullification of profits, and/or suspension or closure of the account.

a. This promotion is strictly not available to residents or citizens of the following countries and jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, Cuba, India, Iran, Israel, Kenya, North Korea, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United States of America, Vietnam, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

a. Loyal Primus may at any time make changes to these Terms & Conditions and will notify clients by posting the modified terms on its website. Continued use of the relevant services constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms & Conditions.

b. Loyal Primus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign, offer, or promotion at its sole discretion at any time.

c. Loyal Primus will not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages incurred in connection with this promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

a. By entering this promotion, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Terms of Business and the Client Agreement published on the Company’s website.

b. Loyal Primus reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client’s eligibility for any campaigns, offers, or promotions if the client is found to be in breach of the Client Agreement or the applicable terms and conditions of the respective campaign, offer, or promotion.

c. In such cases, the Company has the right to deduct any profits and/or cashback amounts from the client’s Cashback Wallet.

a. If these Terms & Conditions are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall prevail in case of inconsistencies.

b. The provider of this Campaign, Promotion, and/or Offer is Loyal Primus Ltd.
